	If you are busy there is no need to take up valuable time to visit the law firm in person as you can opt for a direct service and correspond by letter, e-mail, fax and phone.


	If you would like to visit the firm in person - perhaps you have a complex case or are a first time buyer unsure of the process - we have access to a wide range of local law firms based all over the country so we can find you a firm close to you.


	All costs are shown up front – a guaranteed legal fee plus an estimate of other costs.


	Conveyancing Services are not regulated by The Financial Services Authority.


	We do not charge a fee for our insurance services. There may be a fee for our mortgage advice, the precise amount will depend on your circumstances, but we estimate this to be £99.00. Written details on request; there are additional fee payment options.
