	We use a selected panel of leading insurers to provide cover for your buildings and contents. Whether you know exactly the type of cover you are looking for or require professional advice to ensure your possessions are sufficiently covered, we can help.


	All Buildings and Contents cover has exclusions, but we will explain these to you when you apply. When you request a quote, or are effecting a policy through us, we will, of course, also provide full details of the options available to you and the cover selected. However, as an example, some of the options and incentives, depending on which policy is most suitable for you, are:


	The first three months of cover provided to you free of charge.


	Automatic sum insured of up to £500,000 for buildings and £100,000 for contents on certain policies. The option to select the sum insured for buildings and contents, from £35,000 and £15,000 respectively on others.


	Interest Free direct debit payments.


	Discount for no claims of one to five years.


	Two years no claims discount provided for first time buyers.


	Legal Expenses Cover of up to £50,000.

	We do not charge a fee for our insurance services. There may be a fee for our mortgage advice, the precise amount will depend on your circumstances, but we estimate this to be £99.00. Written details on request; there are additional fee payment options.
