	If you wish to make a complaint about the service or advice that we provide in respect to your mortgage or associated products we will advise you how to do so and what to do if you are unhappy with the outcome. We will, of course, help you with any queries you may have.


	Terms & Conditions


	All written terms and conditions will be fair in substance and will set out your rights and responsibilities clearly and in plain English. Legal and technical language will only be used where necessary.


	We do not charge a fee for our insurance services. We do not normally charge a fee for mortgage advice, however as we are independent a fee paying option is available. Our typical fee is £99.00.
